WWF-Cambodia is now looking for expert consultant to conduct Cool & Solar End-project Evaluation.
Overall Objective:
The main objective of this evaluation assignment is to evaluate how the project has achieved its stated outcomes and contributed to its long-term goal of promoting a sustainable energy transition in Cambodia’s tourism sector. The evaluation is expected to provide:
● Evidence-based evaluation of project performance (outputs, outcomes, impacts).
● Analysis of the effectiveness of strategies and partnerships.
● Recommendations for scale-up, sustainability, and policy advocacy.
