We are looking for a consultant for Cambodia’s Strategic Plan Mid-term Review. The Consultant for the Strategic Plan Mid-term Review will conduct an external review of WWF-Cambodia’s progress towards meeting the outcomes and impacts contained within Cambodia’s strategic Plan, based on a desktop review information gathered during the internal review, focus group meeting with staff and interviews with strategic partners and government counterparts. The consultant will synthesize and analyze the information provided from the program team, operations team as well as from both focus group meetings and interviews into a holistic Cambodia Country program review. This review will illustrate if WWF-Cambodia’s outputs and impacts are aligned with the strategic plan and if we are on schedule to meet the goals of the strategic plan. The review should also point out gaps and unseen opportunities and how they should be addressed
