Small-Medium-Large: Water Stewardship with SMEs in the Greater Mekong Region

The Mekong River, a hub of biodiversity supporting livelihoods for 60 million people, has faced decades of wastewater pollution from industrial factories. To protect the long-term health of the river basin and local communities, WWF is collaborating with the private sector to reverse the trend of declining water quality.

This project supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with improving water efficiency and wastewater management in five Greater Mekong countries, including Cambodia. By practicing better water stewardship, we can all contribute to an economically prosperous, socially equitable and environmentally sound Greater Mekong.
